Melbourne favourites Hopeless will head through Byron as they take part in a small run of east coast dates before tucking themselves away to record their new album later in the year. Main support will come from Gold Coast rising stars Skyway, who have been making waves in the punk world with their 2011 release Finders Keepers. The remainder of the line up will be made up by Sydney melodic hardcore band Endless Heights, as well as local heavy’s Dead Hand & Gold Coast punks Milestones.

In Hearts Wake will headline the BBHC Summer Jam this year, the show will mark their last performance on home soil before jetting off to the USA to record. Joining them will be local outfit Shackles who have been slowly making a name for themselves playing fast, energetic hardcore laced with aggression. Dead Hand will also be bringing their own heavy sound to this mixed bill along with Rockhampton based crew Downpour, and Brisbane band Sick People.

New Zealands’ Antagonist AD will be returning to Australia this coming week for ‘The Long Way Home Tour’.
The band released ‘Old Bones Make New Blooms’ earlier this year through Trial & Error Records and have spent the remainder of the year criss-crossing back & fourth between Australia & NZ in support of the release. This tour marks the bands first full east coast run in some time, so be sure to come and check out arguably one of the best bands to come out of NZ ever.

In Hearts Wake will return to Byron as part of the ‘Yeah 4X Tour’ this July. The band released a cover online of Chris Brown’s ‘Yeah 3X’ in connection with announcing a number of dates around the country. Joining them on July 14 will be Byron favourites Crime Scene, who will be reuniting for a one off show with their original line up. Along for the ride are newcomers Deceiver, Brisbane’s Messengers & local upstarts Dead Hand.
